Food preparation should begin immediately the person gets back from the market or stores. Lettuce, onions, vegetables and zucchini among other things should be prepared and stored ready for use. This helps cooks to save time on the cooking practice. Some foodstuffs can be cooked and stored to the day of use.

Organize your fridge very well. Putting too much stuff into this facility will hinder proper function and cause some of them to be spoiled. Only perishable goods should be stored in the freezer and a list of the things in the freezer should be kept nearby. Crosscheck with this list every time you use the appliance and use the oldest of things before they are spoiled.
