The Plus 4 is a lightweight car that doesn't need a nuclear bomb under the bonnet to make decent progress. Still, we heard a report that Morgan decided that the 145 hp it gets from its Ford two-liter engine was not enough, so they announced "the most powerful Plus 4 ever," which it is, we have no doubt, but all they did was remap the engine's ECU for a measly 9 hp (and 11 Nm/8 lb-ft) gain.
