Consumer Reports Shows Tesla Model S' New Battery Protection Plate

Tesla overlooked the possibility of under car objects hitting the leading edge of the Model S' battery pack and setting it on fire, so the shield that they conceived for the car only protected the underbelly. VW Brand Delivered a Record 1.99 Million Vehicles in the First Four Months

The Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand delivered almost 2 million vehicles for the first time in the first four months of a year. 1.99 million VW vehicles were registered to customers from January through April 2014, up from 1.91 million in the same period last year (up 4.6 percent).
