Material handling is a type of transportation that is often utilized in most buildings for transportation or movement of materials. These processes are being done in the warehousing, consumption, disposal, manufacturing, and distribution.

In manufacturing and in logistics, material handling has an important role. The conveyors are composed of different types including bulk load and also unity load. It also has locations including overhead, in floor, and on floor. Bulk conveyor examples are screw conveyors, bucket, troughed belt, and magnetic belt.
